Does anyone know of any good web based call flow documentation software? Personally I love Visio but I'm willing to bet someone has made something specifically for call centers.
A truly great setup would, after all the documentation work is completed, allow me to view all routes in/dependencies. For instance if there is a "Queue Agent Group 111" box and I click it I can view all of the DNIS that will queue to that agent group. I doubt there is anything that awesome but as close as I can get would be great.
Main thing is creating a centralized system that will always have updated information...well assuming us engineers keep it updated Right now, and with every company I've ever been with it's always just random folders thrown about with SOWs and BRDs
