Does anyone know of any good web based call flow documentation software? Personally I love Visio but I'm willing to bet someone has made something specifically for call centers.
A truly great setup would, after all the documentation work is completed, allow me to view all routes in/dependencies. For instance if there is a "Queue Agent Group 111" box and I click it I can view all of the DNIS that will queue to that agent group. I doubt there is anything that awesome but as close as I can get would be great.
Main thing is creating a centralized system that will always have updated information...well assuming us engineers keep it updated :) Right now, and with every company I've ever been with it's always just random folders thrown about with SOWs and BRDs
