Web Application Project icon missing

I'm trying to create a new web application project, but the icon is not in the dialog window when I bring up "New Projects". I installed all the service packs and updates... I can't figure out why it's just not there.

Could it have something to do with the fact that I'm running VS2005 on Vista?
