Web application is not working in EnterpriseOne8.11 standard alone

I installed Websphere Express 5.0 and EnterpriseOne 8.11 standard alone. I can login E1 and run reports, but can not run application. The error message is Fail to start web server.

Is it required to install JAS for stand alone version?
