web agent setup question..

I am trying to set up an agent to run on the web, but the "Run Agent as Web user" checkbox option is grayed out. Do you know how I could go about fixing this? FYI, the "Disable BackGround Agents For The Database" is not checked.

When I try to access it through myAgent?OpenAgent, domino is saying "Couldn't find design note - myAgent" Any suggestions would be appreciated.
