Where do I find the installation for the MQSeries Web Administration Server?

I am running MQ 5.2 on Solaris and have someone wanting to do remote administration. I have never setup remote administration and it appears there is the Web Admin interface and MQ Explorer. The Web Admin Server seems to be more of what I am looking for but in the 5.1 Administration and Programming Redbook it mentions that the WA Server interface requires a custom MQ installation.
