The only package I know of and which is a plus it works with linux and NT is
one from Hurlnet.
It has full ISP type functions for billing and account maintanence and will work
with radius files for setup of accounts and a slew of reports it will spit out.
If thats not the type of admin program your looking for, where as your looking
for more technical monitoring etc. you need to check out SNMP protocals and
something like Mrtg which is the monitoring program.
