Web Address Hyperlink Change

Good Morning. I need a little help on learning how to change the hyperlink in Front Page 2002 for certain web pages. I am trying to add a Security Certificate to make certain pages on my site secure and the address needs to get change from "

http://twinoaksicerink.com/registration"

to "

https://twinoaksicerink.infinology.com/registration".

How can I accomplish this? I am using themes and nav bars so this must be factored in as well.
