Trying to figure out how to access my mailbox using web browser. Not sure what address to use. Obviously, I have the IP of my AAM server, but I'm not sure how to get to a user login to play messages and such. Any insight? Thanks!
Thanks, Ken. I had just figured that part out a few minutes ago...but, it seems I get immediately disconnected after logging in. I have the 'remember me' timer set at 10 hours.
Well, yes and no. I used Chrome at first, and noticed it kept popping up a message about "your session has expired". So, I tried with IE. I don't get the expired message, but it does say 'Disconnected' in the upper right corner. Every minute or so, it says 'Trying to connect...' in the upper right, but never refreshes and shows new messages. However, when I hit refresh with IE, it seems to work correctly, and not ask for as login.
Should I have to manually refresh, or should there be some automatic indication of new messages? Not sure how it is supposed to work.
User unable to log into Aura Messaging's Messaging Web Access using Google Chrome as the browser.
When attempting to log into Messaging Web Access (MWA) with Google Chrome user gets pop-up "Sorry, your session has expired. To continue your work, please, re-login.
If they click Re-login, it just returns to this pop-up window. If they click Log Out, they go back to the Login screen, but once they put in their mailbox number and password, they get the same "Sorry, your session has expired" message instantly. They are all on Chrome 36.0.1985.125 m (the latest version).upgraded to AAM6.3.1 on 7/18/14. One user (63132) can login to MWA using Chrome. All others get an error "Sorry, your session has expired" and cannot log in.Any attempt to log in to
I do see the messages(in IE, not Chrome). It just doesn't automatically refresh. This may be normal behavior, I'm not sure. The top right of the screen goes from 'Disconnected' to 'Trying to connect...' about every minute (in IE). Never refreshes, have to do manual refresh. Like I said, this may be normal.
I just installed an AAM 6.3 system with 2 App and 2 Storage servers. I run into the same issue. In Chrome, when I run the Developers Tools (CTRL+SHIFT+I) I get a 400 response, and a Security Error "Make sure server is running and Flash socket policy file is correctly placed". The version of Flash looks good, and I think the policy file is OK. Note, I an not using DNS at this time, as this is in a lab. But, I do have the hosts files setup.
