Web Access Question

I have a current issue with Web Access. I am running IIS 5.0 on a Windows 2000 server. With the current Web Site where I am running Web Access, when I have applications Settings (in IIS)set to Scripts and Executables Web Access runs fine. The minute I change it to Scripts Only, Web Access does not run.
Do I have this setting set at the wrong level? Any suggestions?
