Web access asks for log in

When one of our users logs into outlook web access and tries to access anything they are asked to log in. So for example, if they want to reply to an email it asks for their log in, if they click on one of their folders to view their email it asks for them to log in, etc. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?
 
This behavior implies that the session information is being lost or disrupted. I'd start with looking at firewall, anonymizing, and antispyware software on the client pc. Assuming that this behavior doesn't occur from a different client pc or network.
