I just installed Windows 2k server, and VS.NET on my laptop, and when i go to start a new webApp i get this error. The default web access mode for this project is set to file share, but the project folder at cannot be opened with the path c:\inetpub\ does not correspond to the URL The two need to map to the same server location. HTTP Error 404: not found.

Then it gives me two options, I played around with it for a while, but it's still given me errors.. I can't ever recalling the this happing before suggestions?
thanks.

but isn't everything in the path of c:\inetpub\ the same as localhost/<something> because this is your IIS directory root? and i didn't type it that's what it said by default. I'm thinking that it's mapping wrong c:\intpub\ is the same as //host/<something> but for some reason VS.NET is thinking that the path is not a UNC name (which it is) it's a directory structor. I know that Windows XP uses UNC for it's file struct, and Win2K server does not I'm also think that is also a problem.
