weather page within a page

I want to be able to put a page within a page.

I want to be able to display several web pages from NOAA weather site on one of my pages. How do I get the

To show up in a frame with a couple of others. I am using MS Front Page 2002.

I also want to be able to control the sizes as I want to display several on a page.

A little more info on this. Is there a way to put a table on a page and then have various web pages show up inside the table cells.

Well here's what I have done so far -

This brings the web page into the table but it is only a portion of the web page. So how do I get the web page to fix (shrink) in to the cell?

But this lets you scroll around the page, but still on;y shows part of the page.
