weather page within a page

I want to be able to put a page within a page.

I want to be able to display several web pages from NOAA weather site on one of my pages. How do I get the

To show up in a frame with a couple of others. I am using MS Front Page 2002.

I also wnat top be able to controlo the sizes as I wnat to display several on a page.

One possible solution would be to use the IFRAME tag - the problem here is that although IE has no problem with IFRAME's, only NS6+ supports it.

You can use an object tag but it wont resize the page for you! An IFRAME as madhouse suggested is probably the best option.
Or go all out with frames?
