We just upgraded to System Manager

SMGR Backup creation fail with a XML Parsing error.

We just upgraded to System Manager 8.1. When I try to schedule a backup of the SMGR the error listed below is displayed. Avaya is trying to find a FIX.

I've remove my SNGR IP address from the error message.

It'll go one of two ways. Roll back and try again or they'll find whatever went wrong.

It happens. Every once in a while something doesn't carry forward right. Maybe the release you were coming from is relevant.
