We have reports set to run over a Citrix connection using UniPrint. Everything is fine when the report is open in Crystal (not over a citrix connection), but when the reports are printed over the Citrix connection all of the captial C's are missing. This is happening on several reports. The previews show up fine, but it won't print the letter 'C' if it is capitalized. Lower case is fine.

My Citrix guy laughed at me, but we are creating legal documents and the letter 'C' is relatively important.

I think I may have officially seen it all now.

Sorry about the drunk-driving with no subject line.

Sounds like a driver issue, check the version on the server to see if it is the same as the workstation.

I have tried this with Crystal Reports 7 and 8.5, and it prints all capital letters just fine - although I am not using Uniprint.

Is it possible that the capital C's are using a different font colour or even font? It certainly sounds like a formatting issue - what do the reports look like in Print Preview mode?

Hope this helps

We're using v8.5. It shows up fine in the preview, and if I open up crystal and print the report locally (ie not opened over a citrix connection), it is fine.

The letters are definitely all the same format/font. It is only affecting the non-bold capital C's. It also doesn't matter if it's in the middle of a word ('SubCategory' shows up as 'Sub ategory').
