we have a Windows NT Terminal server4.0 Build 1381 sp 5, That is running with metaframe 1.8 and every time we try to save a doc that was created in microsoft word 97 on the c:\ or a:\ we get this message. This is not a valid file name try one or more of the following. (check the path to make sure it was typed correctly and select a file from the list of folders. )

What can i do !!!!!!!

Has this issue recently come about, or has it always been like this?

It sounds like your client drive mapping isn't set up correctly.

I'd also say that this belongs in the Citrix Solutions forum!

I hope this helps

have you tried saving it on another drive ?
Does the user have enough permissions to access the local drives ? Peter Van Eeckhoutte

If the problem is only in Word, may be you have a
Virus problem, check for that !!
