We have a 3com officeconnect Internet Firewall with the VPN upgrade installed. We have been trying to setup a VPN from a Windows XP laptop so that it will connect through the internet via dialup when we are on the road.
We downloaded the 3com client from their web site and installed it on the laptop, however we are not able to ping our server, which is behind the firewall.
The client shows it's connected.
We are using a pre-shared secret for our encryption method, however we would prefer to use manual key encryption, as our local cable ISP filters encryption using the preshared secret.
When we setup the SA using manual key's, we cannot find a place in the client to setup manual keys. And the officeconnect doesn't have a place to export the settings, so that we can import it into the client software.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
