we had a look to the user rights and indeed if we change the userrights of that user to administrator - he can print out evrything again - strange things - we had on our reports a lot of date formats - ( only the date was printed ). One service pack 2 installed we had to chnage all our reports where date format was used because the system was printing out datetime.
Citrix - we are using citrix as well and there we had also a problem with the user rights - changing them to administrator was the solution also - but I do not see that as a correct solution.
Cqn somebody tell me which dll are updated by the service pack 2 of crystal reports and in wich directory - because we saw after insstalling service pack 2 that the craxdui.dll and the craxdrt.dll existed in 2 directories.
