We encounter error during NBU Client 4.5 Installation. Its on NT 4.0

We encounter error "Internal Error 2737, SetInstallPlatform_IA32,C:\Temp\msi6.tmp" during NBU Client 4.5 Installation. It is on NT 4.0 sp6.

Are you trying to install from the cd or from a server

Do you have IE 5.5 or higher installed as this is required?

Currently I have installed
IE6.0 SP1
MSI 2.0

When performed silent install, the result is the same.

We initially had a large number of installation problems on some of our servers and this may help or it may not but you can try anyway ...

Click on "Start" - "Run" and type in dcomcnfg. Under the default security tab ... The default access and default launch permissions must contain "Interactive", "System" ans "The Local Administrators Group".

We verify the process with dcomcnfg. But the result is the same. Same Error.
