We currently have 1120e telephones

We currently have 1120e telephones in our centre and I was trying to find out how to programm activity buttons on them, I have created the acity codes but keep getting error codes when trying to attach them to a button

Hi,

You can't use that if you have 1120E phones. You need 1140E phones if yo want more options. The 1120E only has 4 "free" keys. 1 for ACD, 1 for MSB, 1 for NRD and 1 for SCR. So no more keys left to program.
