We are using GP 9.0 and not it is no longer support

Great..so now that GP 9.0 is no longer supported by Microsoft, we are experiencing issues. What would you suggest upgrading to 10 or to 2010?

Please give suggestions if you can.

I would suggest GP 2010. The upgrade process will be about the same, the product is pretty much the same, but you will be on a version that will be supported 3 years longer. Take a look at this blog post for the support end dates:
