Go to support.dell.com and type in the machine's service tag and select "manuals." Pick the user guide, then select "techincal specifications" where you will see:

single or dual Intel Pentium III microprocessor with an internal operating frequency of at least 450 MHz and an external operating frequency of 100 or 133 MHz
