Hello everyone,

We had 18 phone lines in the system, there are 12 lines that don't work. They were disabled, after this procedure we had trouble making calls.

User needs to dial (* 0 * line number # 9) to call. Is there any solution to make the system automatically search for lines that work when the user dial 9

Note: we are using system MD110

thank you.

Then there are still faulty lines connected to your system, you should identify them and dellete them with ROEQE

Thank you pcasi for reply,

could you please guide me , i don't have much knowledge

firstly i need to print route in order to identify lines then delete it.

I have 2 fax lines, can I add them to the route?

thank you
