We are considering moving from BC9 to BC11 mainly to enable VoIP in our remote offices. Has anyone implemented VoIP in branch offices, if so, how is it working, what implementation problems did you encounter if any, was Damovo's troubleshooting efficent. All and any information gratefully received.

How are you proposing to implement VOIP. Is it to Ericsson BP systems in the branches or MD110s? We linked a new site via QSig over cisco routers. The rest of the network is mainly dpnss. Loads of problems. Damovo weren't much use eventhough they sell Cisco.

I dont think there are loads of problems, if the parameters are alright VoIP works fine.
And also if you are planning to use CISCO, you can go for ISDN interface on CISCO and connect it to TLU76 MD, and rout it to your WAN network, you even dont need to upgrade to BC11 just for IP connectivity between br. offices.
