Well clearly our problem as humans is that we haven't kept our skills up so that we can be competitive and offer what companies really need. We should all be training in the new skills employers need in-house, such as Ape Management, Simian Relations, and Sign Language.

And don't forget boning up on how to properly spit-shine an $800 pair of wingtips. Management wants useful skills from their labor force.
