Is it possible to use Windows Development systems to create an image of a standard PC we use at our workplace? If so how? all the isntructions i have seen go on about Vista and that such.
I've not upgraded my RIS to WDS yet but i was reading throught this doc and it seems to mention creating XP images, i fear that the WDS documentation is every bit as bad as it was for RIS.
Yes afraid it is, read all that and no joy. I managed to convert a RIS image to .WMI image fine, but now i have new hardware thats going to be rolled out, ive tried adding the new NIC drivers etc but no joy, so trying to see if i can create a default image
Anyone managed this yet? its getting a pain. I made the PC, then ran sysprep with the re-seal option, reboot into WDS and i have no CAPTURE image option?
