WDS clients not joining during setup

We have just received some PC's with Intel DG14WQ mobo's and are trying to build them from our WDS legacy server. I've added the drivers as per usual and I'm sure it's picking them up as it wouldn't connect until I'd added them to the image. The problem is that the PC doesn't join the domain during setup, it pauses for quite some time at the installing network part then continues, once the build is complete 'ALL' drivers are installed and working but it hasn't joined the domain.

I can see this error in the NetSetup log, NetpGetLsaHandle: LsaOpenPolicy on \\xx.xx.xx failed: 0xc0000022

Anyone come across this issue?
