WCA Plugin Error - .Net/IIS 6

Hi,

I'm having trouble with our Business Object Enterprise Installation. When I
navigate to the
CMC login page I get the following:


WCA plugin error

Message:An exception has occurred in the csp plugin with message: An unknown
error has
occurred.

Stack Trace:
at
BusinessObjects.Enterprise.WebComponentAdapter.WebComponent.Process(HttpContext
context)
at BusinessObjects.Enterprise.WebComponentAdapter.WCAHandler.ProcessRequest
(HttpContext context)

Any suggestions?

Hi,
Check the event viewer log for any Windows errors related to the BOE Services.

No events are listed in the log. I enabled logging in the web.config files. Any idea where this gets stored?

Have you ever had this working or is it a new installation?

It has been a working installation for several months. I hadn't been in CMS for a while (no problems with InfoView) and I needed to adjust a schedule for one of the reports and discovered the problem.
