WBEM ODBC Authentication Issues

I cannot seem to successfully distribute a report that connects to my SQL 6.5 server via a WBEM ODBC driver. The problem appears to be with the credentials of the author being passed, rather than the credentials of the user who is trying to run the report...

Does anyone know how to fix this before I pull out my hair?
