ways to make word 2003 use as little RAM as possible

we are going to be setting up some citrix servers and one of the apps that we need is word 2003 -

we want to cram as many users (not power users) as possible on one box so we need to make some of the apps run as mean and lean as possible.

in other words - there will be memory there for the taking we just do not want word taking it unless absolutely needed.

what are some of the ways to make word 2003 take less memory?
