I have an AP00-A card that was installed with the 2000IVS system 6 years ago. I tried to go into CMD000 and I get "HARD WARE ERROR". In CM08 the card is set properly. The sense wheel is correct and not conflicting. It's still in original slot, 2nd PIM AP6/FPC slot. Lights are on, dip switches are all to the right (Changed switch 2 and 3 to left like SMDR manual says for initializing). I'm wondering if the card is bad, is there any way to find out if the card is bad, or if the card is good and I simply need to make changes in certain commands?

HI rob,

What are you using the AP00 card for? Is there an MCI connection on your voice mail? It sounds as if you want it for SMDR. How many connectors are on the front of your card? I will send you some docs.

I can't find your e-mail!

Make sure you do not have an AP00-A DBM card used for wireless roaming. The hardware is identical but the Eproms are different.
Check the small sticker on the bottom RH corner or check the chips on the card. Make sure you so not see DBM (data base management).
