We are moving from Access 97 to Access 2002. A lot of reports are designed to be displayed in Preview to allow user to view contents and print if so desired.
In 2002 the Print Preview screen in small and the reports automatically default to Size to fit. Generally, this means that the text is so small it can not be read.
If the screen is maximized, the window does fill the display but the text size is not effected. User has to select a desired zoom and scroll around to view the contents.
Has anyone know a way to either preset the zoom or have the Print Preview appear in a larger window with larger fonts?
Thanks in advance for any solution or suggestions.

Try this:

DoCmd.OpenReport "YourReport", acViewPreview
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdZoom75

THere are several zoom sizes to choose, you can see them as you type the runcommand line.

This problem is still present in Access 2003 ... and Anthony DeSalvo's solution still works!

Many thanks ... have a star!

Kind regards,
