Way to not overwrite the frameset.js when you save as Web Page

Hello,
I've changed the frameset.js in my visio webpage so you don't have to hold CTRL when clicking a shape to see more information.
When we change the visio file we also update the visio webpage, but then the frameset.js also gets overwrited.
Is there a way to block the overwriting so I don't need to change it again and again? We have a network account with limited permissions so I can't change the user permissions.
