Long story short, our Avaya Aura 8.1.3 was interrupted violently when someone yanked the power cord from the metal box housing the VMs. It corrupted the translations. I have a ticket with Avaya currently, and they're combing the translations to see if it can be recovered and all our backups are also corrupted. Long story short, can we pull the translations from the ESS to repopulate the CM 8.1.3? I'm new and have never had this happen. And Avaya is taking their sweet time.
