Way to control door locks with DTMF

Hey guys. We got our Merlin Legend system in, and it's purring quite happily.. but I started thinking about ways to optimize the way we do some things, and I came up with a question..

Does anyone know of a device that sits on an analog station port, that will pickup when it rings, and then let me actuate relays (dry contact closure) based on codes entered??

I know it's a vague description, but that's what I need at the core. Anything you guys might know about this would be great. THANKS!

just a thought take an analog phone and use the rining conection i have a light wired that way. ringing activates a rellay ----
