Way to conf. more than 3?

Right now on our BCM 400 we can only conf 3 people at a time (us and two other people). I even tried to conf to people in, and then have them conf someone in (still on our BCM 400) but it wouldn't work. We only need 4 people total right now, but don't know how to make it work. Right now we are using two phones. Is there an upgrade module or software that will allow us to have more than 3 people in a conference call? Thanks in advance!

Analog or Digital Trunking?

If you are using any Centrex you can use the Centrex feature. You can look for a conference bridge $$$$.

That's what I was going to suggest if he had analog lines, he could do a hookflash (Feature 78) on each trunk and do an internal conference to get a total of 4 outside parties + one inside. Just have to have conferencing feature from telco on lines or centrex.

BCM 4.0 will support more than three parties. Unfortunately it's still a ways out.

Not the phones the lines? Are the lines analog or digital? If they're analog, Narsbars & myself have given you the answer to your problem.
