Have an analog trunk group with supervision issues, and the trunks often get hosed. A busy / release will clear them. Is there a way to have the Definity busy / release the TG periodically, perhaps through maintenance tests on the trunks or something? Or maybe use ASA to dial in and execute the commands on a schedule... Anything to keep from having to do this manually every day.

I think you need to look at this from a totally different angle, you got to figure out why it happens , via error logs or traces this should not be required in a piece of equipment that is as advanced as ACM , you could that said use putty connection manager to dial in set up youre busy release sequence and add that to schedualed tasks on a local PC , if you dont know about connection manager it is a add on to putty but you can get it to run script commands so this would do the job but hey man get to the bottom of the issue, a reboot should not be the answer
