I have read some posts where people have had problems recognizing DTMF on analog style trunks. Some have installed patches, some adjusted CO Loss to Short. I have a new CP150 2.1 and I have a DTI Card for my trunks. The EXACT PROBLEM is low DTMF sensitivity. Callers will call in and dial ** to access their mailboxes and it will not recognize all of the digits. I have had them call in from a land line and it seems to work OK. On many voice mails you can adjust the sensitivity to compensate for Cell Phones. Their OLD DOS AMANDA voice mail did not have this issue so it is hard to say, it's your cell phones. I have checked ALL of their cell phones and only 2 were on Short DTMF, that has now been changed but still the same problem. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the old days, If you made DTMF to sensative it would sometimes pickup things that weren't DTMF as DTMF, then you would have to lower it, then raise, then lower, ..... The only problem I have is that their old crappyvmail did not have this issue.

there was another problem called the 'DTMF echo' ... where the CP thinks it heard the first digit in AA twice

that was with 1.5.32

This is 2.1 but I have also tried to recreate a double digit scenario but it seems to be "missing" the digits not double seeing the digits.
