I would use the windows scheduler or go find another scheduler. THe windows scheduler I got does not require .exe files. I got it from download.com from splinterware.com I think. This one works great I have been using it for about a year and no failures yet.
There is no way to turn a .wax file into a .exe file, but are you able to browse to pw5.exe and then enter arguments for the command line? If so, just add a space and the name of your script and you should be good to go. I don't think NT comes with a scheduler (at least I didn't see one on my NT machine), but you can use a third-party scheduler if necessary. Win2K's scheduler is pretty nifty in that you just have to browse for the .wax file and it knows to launch Procomm without any intervention from the user.
