I've been doing an architectural model that has quite a bit of bricks in it. I'm using 3ds viz r3. in some areas the mortar joints start dipping and wiggling around. how can I fix this?
I would suggest you to look on your material. Under “Shader basic parameters”, turn on “2-sided”. By doing this, you can ensure that all mortar will be rendered.
You are using a bitmap of a wall and a bumpmap right?
