I have read several posts about this same problem. I have a professional recording that needs to be used for the CCR of AA and even though I have converted it to a VBK using the CP Player when I try to IMPORT the VBK file it just sits there.

Has this issues ever been resolved or is it still impossible to IMPORT this type of file? If there is a solution could you let me know?

Thanks

Wav files must be recorded as:
Bit rate 8 khz
Audio sample size = 16 bit
Channels - 1(mono)
Audio Format -PCM

If the file is already recorded then open the wav file and re save it with the above settings......if the Import feature does not like the file then use another program to re save it as not all programs do well.

I found Roxio wav player works great.

I had the same issue and found that even with all the VBK parameters correct the call pilot wouldn't take the recordings. Switched the browser that I was using to talk to the callpilot from Firefox to Internet Explored and it worked like a champ.

Thanks. I have been using Google Chrome. I will try that right now and let you know.

I switched to IE and it now says Saving in Progress but then when I try to play it nothing was recorded or saved.

You should use the converter that is on the CP CD.

I did and it still is not working. What CP SW disk version do you you please?

What is the software version of your CP. Older versions had the button to upload the VBK files but it actually didn't work until 3.x.
