I am trying to load a wave file to the gen del mbx but it keeps saying "invalid voice file format"
Any thoughts??

Wav files must be recorded as:
Bit rate 8 khz
Audio sample size = 16 bit
Channels - 1(mono)
Audio Format -PCM

If the file is already recorded then open the wav file and re save it with the above settings......if the Import feature does not like the file then use another program to re save it as not all programs do well.

As stated above. If you need to convert the file then try it out using the settings as shown. I've used a free tool I found on the net called Goldwave. I was able to play with the file protocals until I found one that was suitable.
