Hi All,
I have CS7_8_16, IPO500 V2 ver 9.0.
VmPro and CS are on the same server, but separate drives.
Recently I noticed that calls are not being stored to the storage path E:\Calls.
Each recording should have both xml and wav files. I only find the xml file.
Thus, the record shows up in a search for replay on the CS webpage but gives an error when I try to play.
Well, because there is no wav file associated with call details. I immediately did a backup because I wasn't sure what the exact prob is and then rebuilt the database.

Didn't fix much. I noticed that it stopped deleting the wav files for a short while, but it's back now.

Has anyone experienced this? What could be causing this?

Thanks in advance.
