Hi all,

Has anyone set up wav file delivery on the BCM 50 yet? I have a customer I just set this up for and it works fine to outlook, but when the customer tries to listen on his Blackberry he is getting no audio. I t seems to me that this would be a Blackberry issue.

Any Ideas?

You're talking about message forwarding?

Most likely an issue with the BlackBerry.
The file is sent from Voicemail as a WAV attachement.
Does the user have an application on the BlackBerry to play WAV files?

Yes, message fowarding. And yes the customer can play other wav files on his Blackberry.

That app is pretty new, so that usually means its pretty buggy too.
I would suggest applying the latest patches and if those don't correct it, you're ready for a call to Nortel.

Thanks for the input Dude. It seems that this problem is isolated to a certain model of the blackberry. I was able to set this up on my demo system and test it with one of my salesmans bberry's and it works fine.
