Have a installed DocuShare EDM system. Client and Intranet access. Is there a simple method of ensuring that all documents from this system are printed with a watermark?

I haven't used the system, but if you have a dedicated printer for it, some printers can have watermarks or stamps printed on documents from the printer settings.
