I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile in my PC. Both my TV and laptop have have S-Video ports and I have a cable. I want to show a Windows Movie Maker program on my TV. How do I do it? Do both have to be off when I attach the cable? Do I have to change any of the configurations on my laptop or video card? When I open the video card it is set to single display and it says I have to hook it up before I can change that. Anything else I need to know?

You need to plug the TV into the laptop with the cable, and then change the display to dual view.

Once the Driver picks up the TV, it should give you the option to show your PC desktop on the TV. You can then just open video maker. You might need to make the TV the primary display, so the video can been seen on the TV.
