I have a Watchguard X700 with Fireware 8.0 installed including the IDS module. We have a web server at another location and when orders are placed, an email is generated to internal people from an SMTP server on the web server. The problems is, the emails don't seem to be coming through. We receive emails from other outside sources fine. Thought we had it resolved this morning with tech support. We turned off auto block of unhandled packets in the IDS config. Other than that, there doesn't seem to eb anythign in the logs in regards to blocking the traffic. Any ideas??
