Watchguard VPN needs re-keying periodically

We have two Watchguard FireboxX750s with a BOVPN between them. By and large it works fine. Every now and then lately however (incidents around a month apart, 3 times now) some traffic seems to be blocked from the remote end to our main office (from the main office outward seems fine).

A re-key of the vpn tunnel clears this up.

I am definitely a Watchguard newbie, so if this is a stupid thing to do, or there is a better way, or a setting to clear this up permenantly, I'd love to know about it.

Any suggestions, or whacks upside the head? <grin>
