Watchguard M200 and remote VPN 9608 phone

Does anyone have notes for what needs to be programmed in the Watchguard and the phone? I do not have access to the firewall and was looking for something I can send to the IT person.

I have seen a little info on the phone settings but nothing on what needs to be programmed in the Watchguard.
