Watchguard and Squid Web Caching Proxy - Connect Timeout

I have an XTM-21 with 11.3 firmware and am trying to get the HTTP-Proxy to work with SQUID and cache web requests. When I set up the proxy and point my local web browser to it, everything works, when I setup a policy to have the XTM proxy my http, the Traffic Monitor shows Connect Timeout when it tries to reach the SQUID sever.

Can anyone shed any light as to why the XTM cannot connect to the SQUID server?

I have the same problem with my firebox 1250e and 11.3.1 fireware.
Do you find any solution for that problem?

No, they are still working on it. They had me turn the log level to debut and that extra delay causes it work work a little better.
